Shipping, Returns and Exchanges
Purchased items will be shipped within 5 business day of the order. Please allow up to 10 days from ship date for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 10 days, please notify firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with your name and order number.
Domestic (USA) - USPS Mail: All domestic orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority mail depending on the weight of the package.
International – International Order must be pre-approved before order and be in excess of $100 USD. Please email email@example.com before making a purchase to be shipped outside the United States.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Rock Rifle Trading Co. guarantees all merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for exchange. If your item is defective, please send us an image via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of purchase (arrival date) and we will exchange it for you.
All exchanges or returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and in their original condition with receipt in the package.
We will only refund shipping charges if we discover that we were responsible for sending the wrong item or the item sent was defective.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ON ANY ITEMS FROM www.rockrifle.com NON-SALE OR SALE ITEMS. STRICTLY EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

ORDERS WITHOUT A REASON STATED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. PLEASE DO NOT SEND PACKAGES BACK WITHOUT ANY REASON STATING THE ISSUE.
